Hi, I’m Shivani Maria. With over 25 years of experience, I’m a Yoga Teacher and Accredited Energy Wellness Coach. I specialize in supporting women 40+ through yoga, coaching, and sound healing, using tools like Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, and Crystal Bowls to promote balance and clarity.
